Joe Allen did a great job helping me to find my home! I moved to Idaho from out of state and couldn't do in person tours of the homes I was interested in. Joe did a great job walking thru the homes for me. He took the time to pay attention to the details that were important to me and the details that I didn't know to think about. I ended up with the 'perfect for me' house. I've got a few projects to work on in a house that is structurally sound, in a nice neighborhood, with no weird smells!!
